Is there a maximum occupancy in the apartments?

Yes. Our apartments are prepared only for a couple or a family:

Casa Esmeralda and Casa Magnolia has a limit of: 2 adults and 2 kids.

Casa Alba, Casa Mila, Casa Serena and Casa Lucia: 2 adults and a baby up to 2 years old.

Are there any apartment rules I should follow?

Yes, you must read and accept the terms and conditions in order to make the reservation with us.

How do I pay the booking?

You can pay with  credit/debit card.

How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

After you book an apartment online, you will get an email with a confirmation number and the information, address and details of your booking. Check your spam folder too and if you still haven’t received anything from us contact

How can I cancel my booking? What penalties apply if I need to cancel it?

No money back: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Pre-payment: You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at anytime.

Is the cleaning included?

No, we charge a final cleaning fee of €40,00 (Casa Esmeralda and Casa Magnolia) or €30,00 ( Casa Alba, Lucia, Mila and Serena). A cleaning team will clean your apartment once you have departured.
If you stay 7 days or more, you’ll have one free cleaning with fresh sheets and towels per week, if you stay less than 7 days, the cleaning is only provide previous payment (see Extra Cleaning fee)

Do I have to leave a security deposit?

Yes, the booking requires a €300,00 guarantee deposit, which won’t be charged as long as the apartment has been left in the same condition found.

Do I need to register at the Destino Sitges apartments?

Yes, it is compulsory for guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia to register there.

You must bring your passports/ID to the office located on the ground floor between 10am-12pm (Monday-Friday) the day you arrive or the next day .

What happens if something breaks?

Notify to the person in the office ( opens between 10-12hs Mon to Fri) or to If the damage was caused by negligence, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit.

Are there any extra costs?

All utilities (light, water, internet and gas) are included in the price.  Only the final cleaning fee and tourism tax will be charged if you book with us.

When can I enter to the apartment?

Check-in : from 3:00 pm. If you arrive after this hour, do not worry, you will able to enter to the building and the apartment by yourself with the digital codes we will provide you.

How can I enter to the apartment?

You can enter to the apartment for yourself. All the building has a electronic system where you can access with the codes gave to you in an email before your arrival.

What time do I have to check-out the apartment?

Check out: before 11 hs.

What should I do in my last day before leave the apartment ?

The day of your departure, please switch off  the lights and air conditioning, and take out the rubbish to the bins outside the building ( as you exit to your right, turn the corner to your right and find the containers a few meters ahead of you)

What do I need to do if I want to stay longer?

Just notify it to at least one day before your scheduled check-out and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you if the apartment is available.

Do you have early check-in? Can we drop off luggage before check-in?

If the apartment is unoccupied at the time of your arrival, you may certainly check-in early free of charge. Please keep in mind that this cannot be guaranteed.  Send us an email with this request at: and we’ll let you know if the early check-in is possible.

If the apartment is unavailable at the time of your arrival, you are welcome to leave your bags in the baggage room (on the ground floor, in front of the main entrance)

How can I request additional products or services for the apartment?

You can request them with a day ahead in our office (located on the ground floor) Monday to Friday between 10 to 12hs .

How can I get to Destino Sitges apartments from the airport?

If you arrive at the T1 terminal, the best option is to take the bus (Mon Bus). If you arrive at T2, is better to take the train (Renfe).

Get to Destino Sitges by Bus ( Mon Bus company)

The company MonBus operates a bus service from Barcelona airport to Sitges: (website in English, French, Catalan and Spanish )

The company website shows timetables and prices. There is a surcharge for fares to and from the airport. The MonBus bus stop is at Terminal 1 (T1). There is a free airport shuttle bus for passengers arriving at Terminal 2 (T2) located under the bridge outside T2B. The distance between the two terminals is 4km and the ride takes between 10-15 minutes. The shuttle bus runs every 7 minutes, 24/7.

Once you´ve arrived to Sitges, follow these instructions (9 minutes on foot) to get to Destino Sitges apartments.

Get to Destino Sitges by train (Renfe company)

The airport train station is situated opposite Terminal 2 (T2), and is connected to this terminal via an airbridge. There is also a Bustransit service between the train station and T1.
To get to Sitges you need to change trains at the station of El Prat de Llobregat and take a train in the opposite direction (VIA 3. VILANOVA I LA GELTRU direction)

Itinerary: Airport-El Prat de Llobregat (one stop). Service from the airport starts at 05.42 until 23.38. Trains run every 30 mins. Change trains at El Prat. Train for Sitges on Line R2 Sud takes 24 mins. Trains run every 30 minutes.

Once you´ve arrived to Sitges follow these instructions. It’s 5 minutes on foot. Follow the Google Maps instructions: You have to pass underneath the train tracks.
Get to Destino Sitges apartments by taxi
There are taxi ranks at the main exits for Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2). The fare for the ride is shown on the meter. In addition there are surcharges for luggage, port/airport pick-up and drop-off and toll charges if you take the motorway. (Fares are shown on a price list inside the taxi).
Taxi service is available 24/7. There is no shortage of taxis.

Where do I find a market?

You will find the Mercat Municipal of Sitges only at 7 minutes walking from the apartment. More information here

Are there any coffee shops near by?

Yes, you will find a coffee shop named Bloom Cafe only at 120 mts from the apartment or if you want to take a walk, you will find Casa Ametller Origen it is also a grocery.

How do I request for a cot?

Please write to us at and ask for it.

Is smoking allowed in the building?

Smoking is not allowed at the apartments. You can do it at the apartment’s balconies or terraces and never in the common areas of the building.

I have a pet. Can I bring it to the apartment?

No pets are allowed in any of the apartments.

Does the apartment have wi-fi?

All the apartments have free Wi-Fi.

Are there sheets and towels in the apartments?

Yes, all of our apartments have sheets and a set of towels for each guest. They also have the basic amenities so you don’t have to worry about that during your stay.

Is the kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils ?

Yes, all of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen plus air conditioning, satelital TV, a clothes washing machine, microwave, fridge, iron, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, among others. Casa Magnolia and Casa Esmeralda have also a dishwasher.

Does the building have a lift?

Yes, the building has a lift.

Does my accommodation have a car parking space?

No, we don’t have a parking space in the building. You can park your car in the street, it is free (no in the blue and yellow zones) and secure. You will find free car park near the building in Av. Josep Tarradellas or Passeig Ronda (near Police Station). You will find more information here

Will I need plug adaptors and what is the voltage in Spain?

The plugs are European style, so we recommend you come prepared with adaptors if your devices don’t have this connection. The voltage is 230 V.

I need an invoice for my company. Can you send me a proper invoice with my company details?
